Position Overview

The Digital Marketing Coordinator develops, implements, tracks, and optimizes our digital marketing campaigns and brand across all digital channels to include all owned web properties, social media channels, and digital content partnerships.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Coordinates and maintains web properties to optimize user performance by updating content with a focus on SEO and audience engagement. Executes and reports on SEO optimization, competitor analysis, keyword engagements, and URL tracking. Oversees all social media platforms, webinars, PPC, and other online advertising campaigns and SEM strategies. Manages and reports on Smarter Security’s online reputation by measuring all digital marketing campaigns’ performance and assessing against goals. Identifies trends and insights to better optimize spend and performance based on the insights. Brainstorms new and creative digital growth strategies while evaluating emerging technologies. Works closely with the Director of Marketing to develop creative ideas, graphic design, videos, presentations, and other digital assets. Ensures a creative yet consistent look and feel that adheres to and supports our company brands. Contributes to the collaborative content planning process, suggesting campaign hashtags, post content, trending relevant topics, and best-practice examples. You will play a key role in the creation of visual content to be distributed on digital properties. Create copy, graphics, videos, and audio elements to enhance social posts, web content, and emails.

Skills/Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field (preferred). Proven working experience in digital marketing. Experience in leading and managing SEO optimization, email, social media, reputation management, and/or display advertising campaigns. Knowledge in strategic and operational web management. Highly creative with a background in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate. Proficiency in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns. Working knowledge of web content management. Skilled with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, video editing software, and Acrobat, a plus. Familiarity with marketing automation Pardot, SEMrush, HubSpot, content management (WordPress), webinar platforms, Google ad campaigns, and analytics. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail and strong proofer abilities. Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
