Steven Naltsas promoted to Sr. Director of Sales.
Austin, Texas – January 25, 2022 – Smarter Security, Inc., a provider of premium, innovative entrance control solutions, proudly announces the promotion of Steven Naltsas to the role of Sr. Director of Sales.
Steven joined Smarter Security almost six years ago. He has demonstrated incredible leadership and extensive security knowledge while providing exemplary support to his customers and consultants. Steven has quickly become a leader in physical security in both his Western region and the entire Smarter Security team by leading and mentoring his team to continue to reach huge goals and create even bigger ones.
Steven is known for always putting his clients first, and with his recent promotion and year in management, he continues to put both customers and his team ahead of himself. In 2021 Smarter Security experienced a 50.1% year over year growth from 2020 to 2021 under Steven’s sales management.
“Steven earned this highly-deserved promotion after less than a year in Management,” said Jeff Brown, Smarter Security’s CEO. “His approaches and mentorship with our Sales team led to numerous key wins, ultimately resulting in our best year ever despite Covid-19.”
With this recent promotion, we asked a few of Steven’s sales team members what they think about his recent promotion to the role of Sr. Director of Sales.
